Own the post-activation merchant relationship. Help merchants maximize their Digital Plating platform, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term retention.
What we're looking for
- ·2+ years in SaaS customer success or account management
- ·Restaurant or retail industry experience preferred
- ·Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Capital Growth Advisor
Guide business owners through the Capital Growth funding process. Qualify applicants, manage documentation, and coordinate with lending partners to close funding opportunities.
What we're looking for
- ·Experience in business lending, MCA, or SBA loan origination
- ·Strong financial literacy
- ·Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
Platform Engineer
Build and maintain the Digital Plating platform infrastructure. Work on the AI executive system, API integrations, and merchant-facing tools that power Priority Ordering Commerce.
What we're looking for
- ·3+ years in full-stack development (Node.js, React, TypeScript)
- ·Experience with AI/LLM integrations
- ·Strong understanding of REST APIs and database design
ATS Partner Manager
Recruit, onboard, and support Authorized Technology Solutions (ATS) partners. Help partners grow their Digital Plating revenue and expand the merchant network.
What we're looking for
- ·Channel sales or partner management experience
- ·Strong relationship-building skills
- ·Technology or payments industry background preferred
Content Marketing Specialist
Create SEO-driven content, blog posts, and educational materials that help restaurants and retail businesses discover Digital Plating. Work alongside Traci (our AI Content Officer) to amplify reach.
What we're looking for
- ·2+ years in content marketing or SEO writing
- ·Restaurant, retail, or fintech industry knowledge a plus
- ·Strong research and editorial skills
