How Digital Plating Advisory Works

From Assessment to Action

01

Assess

We start by understanding the merchant's business, current infrastructure, challenges, and growth objectives.

02

Identify

Digital Plating identifies the business tools, technology, financial resources, or professional services that may be appropriate.

03

Build

Services available through Digital Plating can be incorporated into the merchant's infrastructure.

04

Outsource

When specialized services are required outside Digital Plating's scope, we may help connect the merchant with qualified independent providers.

05

Review & Grow

As the merchant grows, its infrastructure can be reviewed to identify additional operational needs.

Legal Services

Access to Independent Legal Counsel

Certain business decisions require more than business advisory — they require a licensed attorney. Digital Plating merchants may request access to independent legal consultation and legal review.

Law Office of Byron Bergeron

Legal services may include consultation or review relating to business matters, agreements, contracts, transactions, compliance concerns, disputes, or other matters accepted by the attorney.

Legal representation is not automatically included with Digital Plating services. If a merchant wants to retain legal counsel, the merchant may engage the Law Office of Byron Bergeron separately, subject to the attorney's acceptance of the matter, conflict review, engagement terms, and applicable legal fees.

One Business. Connected Resources.

A merchant shouldn't have to figure out every part of business infrastructure alone.

Commerce → Payments → Technology → Capital → Advisory → Professional Resources → Legal Access

Digital Plating helps connect the pieces. The objective is to give merchants a central starting point for identifying what their business needs and connecting them with the appropriate resources.

Important Disclosure

Digital Plating and its Advisory Office are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Legal services are provided independently by licensed legal professionals, including the Law Office of Byron Bergeron, when separately engaged by the merchant. A referral, introduction, or consultation request does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only when the attorney accepts the representation and the merchant and attorney enter into the appropriate engagement agreement. Third-party advisory, financial, accounting, insurance, legal, and other professional services are subject to the independent provider's qualifications, terms, fees, availability, and acceptance. Digital Plating does not guarantee the outcome of services performed by independent third-party providers.
