By accessing or using the Digital Plating platform, websites, applications, merchant systems, or any related services operated by DPI Core Group Inc. ("DPI", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Digital Plating provides a unified digital commerce platform for restaurants and retail businesses. Our services include:

• Digital ordering infrastructure
• Priority Dine-In & Express service systems
• Merchant payment processing
• POS hardware deployment
• AI-powered customer service tools
• Capital growth & funding access
• Loyalty & founder membership programs
• Advisory & legal support services

Merchants using the Digital Plating platform agree to:

• Provide accurate business and identity information during onboarding
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and payment network rules
• Use platform services only for lawful business purposes
• Protect account credentials and notify DPI of unauthorized access
• Honor all customer transactions processed through the platform
• Comply with all applicable tax obligations

Payment processing services are provided through approved partners including North and affiliated processors. By using payment services, you also agree to the terms of our payment processing partners.

• Dual pricing program terms where applicable
• ACH and settlement timelines
• Chargeback and dispute procedures
• Reserve requirements where applicable
• PCI DSS compliance obligations

Digital Plating uses AI systems to power customer service, merchant onboarding, operational analytics, and service optimization. By using our platform, you consent to:

• AI-assisted customer interactions and support
• Collection and processing of interaction data to improve AI performance
• Automated service recommendations based on usage patterns
• AI-powered fraud detection and risk monitoring

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Digital Plating platform are owned by or licensed to DPI Core Group Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

• Platform software and source code
• Marketing materials and content
• AI models and operational systems

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DPI Core Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

DPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees or chargebacks
• Failure to maintain compliance obligations
• Any reason at DPI's sole discretion with notice where required

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

DPI Core Group Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
