What is dual pricing and how does it work?

Dual pricing is a compliant payment program where card-paying customers pay a small service charge that covers processing fees — so you, the merchant, pay 0% on card transactions. Cash and PIN debit customers pay the standard menu price with no surcharge. All Digital Plating plans include dual pricing as the default payment configuration.

What are the setup fees?

DPI Core has a one-time $299 setup fee. DPI Plus has a one-time $599 setup fee. DPI Advance pricing is custom and discussed during your enterprise demo. Setup fees cover onboarding, terminal configuration, menu build-out, and go-live support.

Are there long-term contracts?

No long-term contracts are required for DPI Core or DPI Plus. DPI Advance enterprise deployments may include custom service agreements depending on scope. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.

Are payment processing fees included in the monthly plan price?

Platform subscription fees and payment processing are separate. Your monthly plan covers the software platform, portal access, and support. With dual pricing elected, card processing costs are passed to the card-paying customer — so your effective processing cost is 0%. Traditional interchange-plus rates apply if dual pricing is not elected.

What hardware is included?

Hardware options — including ELO terminals, PayAnywhere countertop and mobile devices, and ELO Z30 Full OS systems for DPI Advance — are discussed and configured during your demo. Hardware is not included in the monthly subscription price and is available on lease or purchase terms.

How does Capital Growth work with my plan?

Capital Growth is a separate financing program available to active Digital Plating merchants. DPI Plus subscribers are eligible for Capital Core and Capital Plus funding. DPI Advance subscribers have access to Capital Advance ($500K–$50M). Approval is based on business performance, not plan tier.
